So I'm on assignment at Jersey General Hospital at the mo. Been exploring St Helier and beyond and last night went running along the seafront almost to St Aubin. Really nice place to get my miles in!
Got a new pair of trainers fro Sweatshop at Bluewater with moulded insoles and selected using their great gait analysis service. Really comfortable!
Only thing now is that my right earphone is busted, looks like a trip to HMV on saturday!
